It was actually among the mushrooms under the leftmost fountain. Sadly, I lost all ICS's source code when I formatted the computer, so I can't move it out anymore.
It's my fault on this, I'm truly sorry that I can't update the game. You have no idea how much I'd want to fix this.
I'm sorry about that, I hope you'll enjoy ICS II though. And if you find any bugs, I can still fix that. I swear.
